"Please read if you're searching for new insurance, or if you're you're looking to switch firms. If you want an agent, and team, that's totally about the client, and making sure you have a full understanding of what you're paying for with the various plans, then I say with complete confidence Lance Atwood, and his assistant Tricia Deiorio are who you want to use - they are top flight!! As you know in our current world, "Customer Service" is barely breathing. However, Lance, and Tricia never got that memo, they are all over making sure your calls are returned promptly, all of your questions are answered thoroughly, and they aren't concerned about getting off the phone as fast as they can. They are both extremely knowledgeable, and want give you an answer just to provide an answer. They are comfortable with telling you they need to check into a matter, and will get back to you - this I respect, instead of just giving a wrong answer so they can get you off the phone quickly. You will not regret for a moment working with Lance and Tricia, they are old school with making sure your insurance needs are handled in the best possible way. They will never give you an attitude, rush you, or make you feel your questions are petty. As a lady recently widowed, and not understanding all details involved with various policies, Tricia could not have been more helpful to assist me in my insurance knowledge learning curve. I am very grateful to her for going above and beyond! I couldn't have made properly informed decisions without all the time she spent to make sure I completely understood all the line item coverages I would be paying for.
